(These are the microwave instructions, if you would like, i can post the stove top instructions)
1.) Pour about 1 cup of water into a microwave safe bowl 2.) Mix in a pinch of salt with 1 cup of oats. 3.) Heat it in the microwave as desired, it will bubble up so every so often stir it up. 4.) Mix in 1 tbs of honey along with some cinnamon and a packet or more of 0-cal sweetener.
Cals: about 210 (more or less according to the brand of honey) This does make quite a lot, so if its too much, just use less of everything
